We are a Public Account company that has expanded beyond our two offices in California with a growing one in Idaho. As our office in Idaho grows, we are looking for an individual who can address multiple needs.

Essential Functions:

We are looking to hire a Full Time Professional to handle:


*Administrative Assistance

*Office Coordination

Basic Requirements:

*Positive and enthusiastic, can do personality

*Proficient self organization and particular attentiveness to details

*Willingness to learn new concepts and tools to improve productivity

*Capability to keep track of required data and information

*Work as a team player and be a proactive communicator






Experience and Skills:


  • Minimum of two years of administrative / receptionist experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Suite of tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Most be legally authorized to work in the United States
